🇺🇲📃 Remember this piece of news from our previous edition, where we talked about Prop 12 being postponed until next year? Well, this is a rectification note: it's not exactly like that! Truth is that an agreement was signed and it stipulates that both sides of the debate will stop suing each other. Also, the California' Department of Food and Agriculture will allow noncompliant pork to continue to be sold in California up until December 31, 2023. 

⚠️ The law is still coming into effect on July 1 – sadly, the implementation is NOT delayed until January 2024 as we were led to believe (be on the lookout for the many misleading pieces out there that tell otherwise). Click here to see more (reliable) details!
