๐Ÿ“‰ According to the latest Meat Demand Monitor, US consumers have lowered their willingness-to-pay (WTP) for six evaluated retail meat products in June, including pork chops and bacon. If one thing can be said about this, then it's that, at least, the results are consistent with the forecast for lower domestic meat demand in June 2023. 

  • Taste, freshness, price, and safety remain the most important aspects when purchasing proteins. Environmental impacts, however, have declined in importance.
