Labor shortages in the swine industry are now worse than they have been in a long time. Victor Ochoa is the Director of Swineworks, the largest staffing company in the swine industry. Mr. Ochoa is a veterinarian and a Certified Immigration Law Specialist from Cornell University, and Swineworks specializes in work visas, training, and recruiting. Before joining Swineworks, Victor served as an Animal Welfare Specialist for PIC, and Production Manager for Smithfield foods.
