๐ Data from January 2017 to August 2022 shows that consumer sensitivity to retail pork prices has been evolving, varying over product categories and changing over time – and it’s grown the most in the loin category.
• As a matter of fact, consumers have increased their willingness to pay for all evaluated retail protein items – except plant-based patties and shrimp!
