Should I fight or should I accept? 🤔

🇺🇲🧑‍⚖️ After the ruling from the Supreme Court in favor of Prop 12, the focus of the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) will be on getting sellers and suppliers certified per the requirements of the law. As for producers, we can either accept the ruling, discern its impact, and move on; or regroup, gather resources, and assess whether fighting it would lead to success.  

↔️ On one hand, if we don't fight to overturn Prop 12, we will incorporate it into our business plan and will just get used to it. On the other hand, we are only (roughly) halfway to having enough sows under the new prescribed production criteria.
