📃💦 Landowners in Michigan, New Jersey, and Florida are quite confused… These states, which handle federal permitting in their soil, are reportedly struggling to understand the breadth of wetlands regulations following the Supreme Court's ruling against the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in the Waters of the US (WOTUS) Case.
