Replenishing reserves 🥩❄️

🇨🇳🐷 Through a notice issued by a state-owned company last week, China has announced its intention of buying frozen pork to replenish its state reserves. The plan is to purchase a total of 20,000 metric tons – in other words, anyone who profits from selling to the Chinese market should keep an eye on the developments (the US hog industry holding its breath)…
