🇦🇺 Australia's parliament has ratified free trade deals with the UK and India as part of its long-running attempt to boost bilateral trade with the two countries. So let the goods flow!

     • The deal with New Delhi removes tariffs on more than 85% of Australian goods and exports to India, whereas the pact with London removes the tariffs on 99% of them, in hopes of opening up sectors like agriculture and giving better opportunities for service-sector professionals. 

📄 Only one step remains – the British and Indian parliaments need to make it official too.
