🇺🇲📃 As farmers were growing increasingly frustrated with costly repairs and inflated input prices denting their profits, the bipartisan Consumer Right to Repair Agriculture Equipment Act passed 46-14 in Colorado's Senate – which has made the state the first to approve such a law. What does this mean? Enjoy yourselves: farmers will be able to legally fix their own equipment, with manufacturers being obliged to provide them with manuals for diagnostic software and other aids.

     • The bill demands that aids include language that farmers can understand and it doesn’t authorize them to make modifications to functions related to security or emissions. Check out more about the legislation here.
